One easy tip is Google reviews. Everybody is googling you before they make a decision on whether or not to buy or use your business. Get Google reviews because people are reading them before they contact you, even if its from a personal recommendation. We generally ask at the end of their case. If you’re the business owner and your employees are the point of contact, incentivize your employees to invite customers to get Google reviews for you.
